From the Haynes manual:
1) Remove the armrest switch plate
2) Remove screws behind plate
3) Remove mirror trim cover
4) Remove door trim upper retaining clip
5) Remove door handle trim cover
6) remove door handle retaining screw
7) Remove door handle
8) Pry out panel retaining clips, starting at front of door
9) Remove Panel
There are pictures in the Haynes manual that make it (relatively) clear.
Oh, screw it! I e-mailed you the procedure from my Ford Shop Manual.
