Finally access to the site again. Company ISP went under. Did get my 2 front seats changed (tan) and the dealer was great. No hassle, a smile and presto, new seats. Of course this was after 3 tries at repairing the front windshield washer(which was finally accomplished by changing the multi funtion switch). Amazing how you get "personalized service when you corner the Service Director and they're trying to get "Blue Oval" designation. Of course he's eating tums like M&M's with this tire fiasco. He's pissed because of no heads up from Detroit and no tires...
