Question How hard is it to change grill on 2001 Expy?

I have a week old EB that I am considering a Trenz grill for. How hard is it to change this grill? I've not pulled off any of the covers to take a good look.

Thanks in advance!

I don't have it yet. I am looking at a used one right now. Still in the decision mode.

Check out this thread and reference by Crew Coach, it gives the info for a SuperCrew which should match the Expy.
By the way, I would like to buy your grill insert once you remove it. I'm nearby in Baldwin Park, email is LNavarro1@yahoo.com

Where do I buy a Billet Grill for 2000 Expy? How much? Just put on a steel horse on my '98 F150 that I got from http://www.jcwhitney.com . Can't seem to find one for Y2K Expy though.

Cool

The grill is easy to install. You have to remove the old insert by pushing down on the plastic tabs and removing the old grill. Then take your bllet grill and dry fit it with the grill surround. Mark the holes from the billet grill on the fiberglass cross beam. You might have to bend the tabs to get it close. Then use a long extension and a nut driver and screw it in to the cross bar. Then you can put yor grill surround back over your new grill. Any auto parts store will have platic fasteners for your grill surround . It connects under the marker lights..........
