Had an N-Fab light bar on my F150 w/ 4 Hella lights and HIDs.. after my accident, I recovered everything, but the light bar doesn't fit the Expedition. Anyone know of a similar light bar for the Expeditions that can fit 4 large (8") hella lights? I may have to resort to getting a standard grille guard w/ only 2, but I'd rather not.

I know the Bull Bars for a 04-10 model will fit the 07+ Expy. That will get you 2 of those lights installed.

another route might be to get some 1" or 1.5" OD tubing and use a propane torch to bend it to shape so it matches the front bumper contours. Drill a few holes for the lights and then weld a bracket on yourself, or pay a shop a few $$$ to weld up some brackets.
