My wife called me at work this morning and said her radio wouldn't shut off when she turned the car off, and also wouldn't let her change stations. It doesn't usually stay on, and it's the factory stereo. I haven't looked at it yet, since I'm still at work but I wonder if it's an electrical issue and not a radio issue. Any suggestions on where to start?

Now, here's the latest....my wife said it's working fine now. We had a heavy rain this morning, and I wonder if something got wet? Weird.
