Question Problem w/ Lumbar Support?

I drove my wife's 2001 Expy EB the other day and noticed that the drivers seat lumbar supoort was quite uncomfortable. I assumed she had adjusted it for her comfort but when I mentioned it she said she had noticed it too. She says on hot days it "swells up" and no matter what she does she can't adjust it so that it doesn't feel so uncomfortable. Anybody else experience a similar problem?

i have noticed with the hot summer here in houston that the lumbar seems to be bigger.
it has not gotten to the uncomfotable point yet.
the strange part is that i would expect that...IF it were the pump inflatable type...since there is that **** that adjusts it on our 01 X-EB, then it does not make sense.
i planned to bring that to the attention of the service advisor when i took the truck in next week for uts 5k checkup and some warranty fixes and recalls.

We're planning to do the same next week. We're taking ours in for the seatbelt recall, the rear wiper banging around and the lumbar support. I'll let you know what we find out.
