2000 Expedition door lock problem
The power door locks on my 2000 Expy started acting up. When I hit the remote or the door switch the actuator motors all start to run and try to work but nothing happens. I'm pretty sure all four doors are doing it. It sounds like non of the actuators have enough power to unlock the doors.
I pulled the actuator out of the driver door today but if I hit the remote the other 3 doors still seem to have the same problem. All of the driver side switches were unpluged.
I'm gonna try replacing the driver door actuator but I don't think that's the problem.
Any suggestions?

Had a similar with my 2000 Expy, turned out to be the battery. When they get close to being history all kinds of weird stuff happens.
Take it some place that can do a real load test on the battery. Mine started when wifey left the inside lights on and drained it down. It still started and ran fine but the door locks sounded like they were cycling.
Put "power door locks" into the search box and you will get a bunch of hits.
Good luck.
