Does newer (Stainless ) Exhaust fit '97 ?
What year did the expy start coming with Stainless exhaust?
Will the newer system bolt right up (convertor back)? Anyone selling thier take off exhaust ??? Sell cheap?? After 5 years of road salt mine is getting kinda "wooly" with rust.

They don't have stainless exhaust. Well mine does but it's a Gibson that I installed.
You can get stainless cat back for not that much. Try www.truckperformance.com and www.summitracing.com or email the online store. Roger can get most anything.

Ford manual (98)say Exhaust is "Stainless Steel" ??
Just looked in my 98 Expy/Navigator Ford Shop manual and the first Line said"Exhaust is stainless Steel" I does seem to be somewhat krusty, but may be "cheap" stainless.. The exhaust manifolds are VERY krusty and now i have deveoped a slight exhaust tick. The rust belt is not kind to exhaust!!! I'm looking at exhaust manifold nuts that have rusted to a shape that looks at least a few sizes smaller !!! not pretty Hope to go awile before screwing with !! Mark in Ohio 97 XLT 56 K Mi
