Break out of your winter doldrums! The Virginia mountains are calling! Yep! It’s time for the FOURTH ANNUAL XPEDITION EXPEDITION, May 17 – 19 2002, and this year we have something to offer everyone from the most adventuresome fourwheeler to the polished and lowered street cruiser. Come join us again as we explore the beautiful mountains of Virginia by dirt road and pavement.

This event is organized and hosted by: Bill and Deb Haegele, Oliver and Petey (The Cruzin’ Puppies) and dedicated to the memory of Betsy Girl, the original Fourwheeling Puppy.

I went ahead and registered the whole family assuming I can chnage if they decide they would rather not go..... Am I correct.... Other than that it sounds like a blast and I definately plan on being there

That's fine. You can add or delete passangers any time during the registration period just by sending me an e-mail. We will make the necessary corrections on the waiver forms at check in. BUT .... the check for the FINAL number of passengers MUST be received by me no later than April 29 (closing of registration). Walk in registrations or payments at the event check in WILL NOT be accepted. Probably the best thing to do is send me a check now for the people that you know will be attending and follow that up later with a second check when you are sure who else will be able to attend. That way I won't have to refund any money to you if someone is not able to attend.
