Unhappy Low rpm studder

I have developed a low rpm studder in my 4.6 expedition. I have 106,500 miles on it and it runs fine except for a low rpm studder in cruise control. I also can feel it losing power when i floor it??????????? but not much it still runs well

anyone got any idea what's up with it...............

please let me know

hey i actually made a video on the way to school the other day...

mine does the same thing..

there is a slow @$$ train that goes by the campus and i always get stuck..

i notice when i park @ 1000 RPM it start to shake...

but if you go to 900 RPM or 1100 RPM it goes away..

i made a video to post on here later but i havnt had time..

i figured it might be from my magnaflow exhaust or something..

i would love to know what causes it...
