Questions about 99 EB Expy??

I am contemplating trading in my 97 F-150 for a 99 EB Expy. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about any defects, quirks or just specific problems that might be typical to this year and model. I learned the hard way on my truck and then like most found this forum, which if I had seen would have bought differently. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Can only tell about my experience. I have had a 99 EB 4X4 since January 99. So far, it has been back for two recalls, one for lug nut torque, one for the hitch, problems have been a sensor for the inside temperature display, and an AC vacuum problem. All fixed by dealer with no hassle or cost to me. Oh yeah a tire recall for the Firestones that came on it, Ford bought me five new Michelins, also no cost to me. All in all it has been a great truck, for me, and I'm planning to replace it next year with another Expedition, either an 04 or an 05. Wouldn't even consider another if this one had been a problem.

Thanks for the reply. Looked at it further today as yesterday I just gave it a quick look. Turns out as I wander around and take it for a drive it is not an EB. The side I saw yesterday had the EB badge on it. The rest of the badges around are all XLS. No wonder the price was so damn good. So drove an 02 XLT for kicks and to see if the dealership could give me a good deal on the trade. NFC! they wanted to give me $5500 what a joke. So looks like I am driving my beast for a while longer.
