Outside Temp Reading

I have a 2000 E.B. Expedition with the Automatic Heating System. It has a button you push and it gives the outside temp. When i first got it it always red the right temp, but now it's always off by 10 or 20 degees. Did anybody have this problem, is there a fix for it.

It could be a sensor. I have a 99Expy and when I turn it on
the temp is off a little bit, after 5 mins then it adjust it self
to the correct the temp. Good luck
