New F250. What to Mod first?
Just picked up the XMAS present, a 2003 F250 XLT sport, black on black, V10.
Trying to decide what to mod first - exhaust, intake, tires Any suggestions?

Aub250,
That's a great looking F250! Can't beat black on a pickup!
I bought mine in September and the first thing I did was get new tires. Mine had stock tires that were 235/85 and I like wider ones so I got a set of BFG 285/75 ATs. They ride and corner better and look better too. Sold my stock set to a local farmer so that helped offset the cost of the new tires. Your stock tires look alot bigger-they must be 265s?
Doesn't look like you need a whole lot. I see you already have running boards. How about something to protect your bed or a good set of heavy-duty floormats? I don't like to mess too much with exhaust/intake or engine mods until I get some miles on it and I only have about 4500 so far. I did get a K&N replacement filter just on the slim chance it might help the mileage a little bit but I doubt it will make much difference. Good luck and enjoy the new truck!
Here's a photo of my SD right after I put the new tires on it:
