Alrighty, Why would you change out the wheel bearing every 10k miles? Is the lift putting that much of a strain on the truck?

Anytime you have larger than stock tires and rims, they put stress on the bearing assembly. I've owned some kind of jacked up vehicle all my life, and have experienced this problem several times. either the bearing go bad or you need a new shim kit. you feel me?
