Question Pricing

I am looking at a 01 F350 truck, PSD, 4 full doors, leather, (lariat), 4x6 (two extra wheels) 53K miles in A1 shape, 35K is the asking price. The thing is loaded, rides like a cloud. What is the actual value of these things, I just got my 99 F250 SD, SC, 4x4 V10 about 4 or 5 months ago, but this thing says BUY ME! IS 35K out of line?

That seems just a little high to me. You can get a new '03 6.0l for $40-$41k.

I would say that $33k would be a fair price.

I'd check Edmunds or KBB. I did a look a Edmunds, and a 2001 Dualie, CrewCab 4x4 Lariet with PSD ranged from 23K for a trade-in to 28K for a buy. I used 35K for the miles, so at 53k, the pricing would be less. George K

Unless they've added a boat-load of option and mod's, this price is high, especially with the 6.0 liter on the market.

My Dad bought a really nice 00' Lariat Dually Crew Cab withe the V10 and 30K miles for about 26K a few months ago. I would have a hard time with paying 10K more for a truck with twice as many miles just to get the 7.3.
