Is it new/used? If new it should get alittle better, if used, maybe it needs engine work?
If you have lots of $$$ for mods. you may gain a few mpg? Fun to do, but probably not cost effective. Seems you would get more hp/tq. for sure.
The MTuner may/maynot give you mpg increase? Thats not its main purpose. Just a benefit you might get because the way it retunes engine. Lots of variables.
