Redesigned Super Duty

When I stopped yesterday and looked at the new F150 at a local dealer, I was tols by a sales rep that Super Duty pickup will be revamped in 2005. Just wondering if there is any truth to this....

Thumbs up

I was at my dealership today and the owner told me that he already received the letter of conformation I am like first on the list. He will be placing the order in the first part of June and they will ship September he thinks. But he also said that things change so some of the dates are up in the air.

I am not sure of the extent of the changes when I asked him to see some proof he said "All I can say is that I got the letter that they are redesigned and that they will not be like the 04's"

This is all the info. that I have but we should start seeing some pictures soon I would think if the truck is coming out in 12 months.

its always possible that this could change, but as of now, it looks as if the only differences will be the grill and dash

we have discussed this months back. I have not seen anything beyond what I read back then, which was a redesign for 2006 mentioned on AUTOWEEK.COM.

That pic with the bra just looks like they are refreshing the grill to me too. No big deal cause they always gotta tweak something to keep things moving. Of course, they could pull a Chevy Silverado refresh-by-committee and really screw things up! But then again, Ford seems to have its act together for alot these days especially styling.

Can't remember where I read it but they expect the '05 Superduty will have coil springs in the front like the Dodge.
