Unhappy New Access Tonneau Cover Leaks

I just installed my Access Tonneau cover and it leaks at the front header of the box. I talked to the guys at Access but they say it won't but just looking at the design and the gap that is created even though its installed properly makes me a little more than concerned. I have seen some comments about leaks. What has be done to solve this problem?

Access makes an adhesive-backed gasket just for this purpose. When I bought my cover, I bought the gasket just in case. Never needed it though. I have a tight fit.
