What is the difference between the 94 F250 turbo Diesel
and the power stroke F250 ?

Intercooler, HPOP, PCM code, injectors, turbo..Just to name a few..

Depends, what year powerstroke F250. Lotta changes between the 02 F250 PSD and the 95 F250 PSD.
