How to Make a diesel FLY

how do you make a diesel run really good in the quarter mile and how much will it be? What do you have and what does it run and what mods do you have. Im thinking of getting a short bed regular cab with a diesel engine cause i really like seeing the diesel trucks on the track and smoking other trucks its just cool. what do you think?

That was probably me on the track that you saw...

Sorry, couldn't resist...

Depends on what you have...I have a little money in my truck..trying to get in the high 13's...Is that fast enough???

There are alot of mods, that take very little money, but some time to do...

Chip, exhaust and intake..will get you just about where you want to go...if not add some pane and you will then be doing the transmission...

There are clubs out there that go to the track regularly...

Specifics, on the truck...they are making great progress with the 6L...
