There are '03 and '04 6.0 PSD's with only a programmer or module in the mid 14's all over the place. A few doing more than just a box or programmer are hitting 13's and some getting into the 12's as Nos, propane, meth/water injection etc. are starting to get used.
On Edit, I se you're in Houston. You have one pretty wel known SD out in NW Houston that's been running 11-12 I think. That shop turns out some fast trucks

And i am getting at 14.267 at 98 mph with a 2003 f-250 crew cab short bed fx4 6.0l psd with a superchip max microtuner 1704 on level 3 and 4 inch straight pipe and i launch in 4x4 high
