My mom drives a early 99' f350 PSD. This afternoon it was about 28 degrees and she went to start it and when she got in and turned the key over she didnt get the glow plug light, waited a sec then started the truck, no guages worked, no tach, no battery..... and the accelerator didnt respond. Couldnt pop the hood cause of ice and snow and it was froze. I was gonna check the fuses, however I told her to let it run and see if anything turns on. She let it run for about 15 minutes then turned it off then back on and everything worked...any clues, anyone ever had this problem. Thanks for any help, I think it could be a short....but really im not sure. And the truck is out of warranty.
