Does it have shift on the fly, or just manual hubs? F250 SD or F250 Light Duty?
To get out of 4-lo, put the truck in nuettral AND put your foot on the brake, and flip the **** back to 4 High or 2WD.
If the tranny isn't in nuetral or your foot isn't on the brake, it won't shift our of 4-low
