F250 purchase advice

Hi all. I'm currently a 2001 F150 owner (purchased in January) and a prior 1997 F150 owner. However? I've decided to trade the 2001 in on an F250.
Here's what I'm looking at, suggestions welcome. (BTW, I really don't plan to haul much.
F250 SC XLT
7.3L PS
Aluminum Wheels
4-speed auto (too much stop-n-go traffic for for manual)
Heavy Service Suspension Pkg
265/75R16 All Terrain Tires
3.73 LS
Stereo/CD
Transmission Power Take-Off Provision
Lemme know if I'm missing anything? Thanks!

I have a few comments (opinions).
a. You probably don't need the power take off (PTO). (Its used for accessories like pumps, cranes etc).
b. The factory cab steps are nice.. Even the 4x2 SuperDutys sit pretty high. An option you might want to consider.
c. Since your not planning on heavy hauling/towing, then do you really want the PSD? There's nothing wrong with the PSD, but the 5.4L with 4.10LS rear works great too.
