Where do I get invoice prices?

Anyone know a web site that has the invoice prices for options? Looking to purchase f250 crew soon. Every site i'v been through, want's to send me to a dealer first. Looking for a 2005, anyone purchased a 2005? If so, how close to invoice did you get? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that fordvehicles.com will actually show the invoice price along with the MSRP if I'm not mistaken...

You can also try www.msn.com and click on Autos. It will give both sticker and invoice price. I picked up my '05 on X-plan for $300 under invoice, and there was also $1500 in rebates for X-plan purchases. If you don't already know, you can join AQHA and get another $500 off of a Ford. I think membership is 25 or 50 bucks.

Ford's website will allow you to build the truck like you want it and give you the invoice and MSRP. It will also show you the current incentives on all Ford vehicles. Then you can search the inventory of local and other Ford dealerships. From what I have read, you should be able to purchase a new Ford for invoice price, minus the current rebate or cheaper. For instance if MSRP on the SD you want is $40,000 and invoice is $35,000 and they have a $2000 rebate on SD's, you should be able to purchase it for $33,000 or less. This of course only applies to purchasing a vehicle. If you plan on trading another vehicle on a SD, bring a jar of vasoline.

Vaseline isn't provided by the stealership for customers either. Take wandell's advice... be sure to bring your own.
