Yeah I saw that post. If you do some more reading over on TDS you'll find some stories of guys melting their exhaust vanes. Most likely they've been archived since I don't remember any discussions on it since the last archive at the end of Feb. As for how hot the temps gets depends on the other mods on the truck, the chip, and the pcm catch code. NVK and PMT run inherantly hotter than others, but much stronger. My XLE runs fairly cool compared to alot of others. Your VDH code is pretty middle of the road in those aspects.
