my brother was cleaning the throttle body with gas and a brush with out it not runnig and changed the spark plugs and then after puting every thing together and went to start it it ran fine for about 5min then it started loping i got the code saying bank 1 fuel system lean then code p1151 how do you fix the bank 1 lean problem i dont know where to start
