I am looking at a 03 F250 with 25,000 miles and was curious on the factory warranty term? Also anything I should look for before buying?

3 yrs/36,000 miles like any other Ford product unless it has an extended warranty.

 

It should have a 100k mile powertrain warranty.

 

The standard is 3yr/36000mi warranty with a 5yr/100k warranty on the PSD. If you're looking at an 03 6.0L run away as fast as you can. The 03s had severe problems and even though some have been addressed the 03s are, and will always be problem childs. If its an 03 7.3L then you're fine, just make sure you're careful with power mods as the PM rods don't like bad programming.
