How to remove head unit on '05?

First, I've searched and only came up with two threads from 2000 and both were the old-style setup where you needed the special removal tool.

I've got a PIE converter from Logjam Electronics that will allow me to play MP3s through the stock head unit and speakers. I bought it for my '04 F150, but it'll work in the '05 F250. Anyway, I have no idea how to get the trim off around the stereo so I can access the bolts to remove it. From what I've seen, there's usually a "trick" starting point that makes removal really easy (on my old '04s, it was from inside the ashtray).

Anyone ever done it or have any pics? I'd like to get the converter installed this weekend, but don't know where to start.

Thanks!
