Feels like I'm going over small rocks

I have a 2000 F350 bought in June 05. When I drive in the 35-40 MPH range it feels like I'm going over small gravel, the truck shudders terribly! Then when I brake it feels like my rotors are warped or there's a bump in my brake shoes. I have had the front/rear brakes checked and new rotors in the front. I also replaced my carrier bearing but I can't figure out the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try balancing your tires.

Check tire balance, track bar bushings, steering bushings, wheel bearing units, and finally the caliper slide pins. If the slide pins are siezed up the caliper won't want to release all the way and could cause a pulsing. The SD design is known for doing this.
