What kind of truck were you looking at that has a 7.3 and still going for 45000?

 

Actually it's not that bad looking as you think.I work at KTP and it actually looks pretty good.Just my .02.

 

It was a new 6.0 that was 45,000. But if I could find a 7.3 close to how I wanted it and with almost no miles, it'd be worth a mint to me. But, I can't afford any more toys at the moment.

 

Love the grill, HATE the lights.

 

OK so when do the 07's come out? I am wondering if I should hold on a new for a few more months or just go do it now?

 

I think I will hold on to my 02. dont like the head lights and mirrors......look like crap.....

 

the 07s look like ****, what are they thinking, ford changes WAY too much, the 05 & 06s look great, i think ford WAY over did the superduty part on the new design, the only part that looked good was the rear, & it still didnt look that good

 

ok so the thinking is, go buy and 06 when the 07's are not out yet. Pay the premium for the 06, or wait till the 07's come out buy and 06 for less as the 07's are out. That is why I asked.

If the 07's are out in a few months then I will wait, If not then I just go take the hit.

 

Looks kinda like a 650 or something in the front. I agree though, I don't like the headlights.

 

I guess I'll wait to see it in person to form my opinion...


...but I'm not sure I like what I see so far.

 

My dad has an 02' Stroker with the 7.3L Diesel and has a 75hp chip too. He does a lot of hauling of tractors like skidsteers,trenchs,etc. He is thinking about trading in his 02' for an 07'.

Doesn't the 07' have twin turbos?

The new design is a 2008 SD. You can buy a '07 SD from any Ford dealer.

 

Anyone know any other differences besides interior the '08 will have. Can't stop jumping in the lF350 Harley edition at the local dealership......but was wondering why they're arent offering it with the gas engine, especially since the f150 version has it.

 

The grille looks a little top heavy - almost like a bug shield.
