4 loose wires under hood

hi.. i seen 4 wires under the hood that are just taped to the wire loom .. there on the drivers side . up by the window..was wondering if anyone knew what thes wires where for ? thanks..

Customer Upfitter Wires (or something like that). Four wires ford was nice enough to run through the packed firewall for us. Other ends are under the dash. Commonly used for plows and such.
