5 speed?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at 2002/2003 f250's with the 7.3. I've seen some F250's with PRN(D)321 and others with PRN(D)21. What's the deal with these? Did ford put a 5 speed in some of the f250 autos? If so should I look for a 5speed?

Thanks

The 7.3 didn't come with a 5 spd auto, but the 6.0 does.
