Heater Core Failure

I have a 1999 F-250 (not Super Duty). In the past 2 years I have replaced 4 heater cores and just blew the fourth yesterday. Any ideas why this is hapening. The dealership has flushed the system, replaced the radiator cap, and every six months i can get ready for another failure.

I am not sure if the F250 uses same HC as the F150 but the F150 are known for weal cores. There is a aftermarket one that is supposed to be higher quality, I forget the name off the top of my head but I need to replace it in my 97 F150 very soon so am going to have to find it again. Maybe someone will recall and post it here.
