I just picked up my 2005 F250 and was curious if most of of the aftermarket parts that are online for the F150 5.4 can be used on the F250 5.4 as far as engine mods go.

I know a lot of people have the diesel F250 and the aftermarket for those are better.

I plan on going very basic. Air intake, exhaust (which is easy) and wheels and tires. Now thinking about it I guess it is just an air intake for now because that stock one seems fairly restrictive.

 

No most aftermarket stuff won't work.... the engine is the same and all but underhood configuration is different.

Airaid makes an intake kit for our truck (700-429). The exhausts for F150 don't work on these trucks either...

 

I couldn't find the 700-429 part number anywhere for the Airaid intake?
