Back up Lights, Aux Switch

Anyone using lighting for backing up, hitching etc....if so, did you hook up to the Aux Switches? What lights did you use?

Thinking getting some lights put on the underside of the truck.

Thanks

JP

I bought the upfitter switches and harness from fordparts.com and installed them myself. I use one of the switches for a set of reverse lights.

Were can I find some instructions on how to hook up something to the upfitter switches - like some reverse lights like rollingrock is talkin' about. I'm also looking into doing the same to some front off road lights...Please advise if possible....

If you already have the upfitter switches installed, you can hook up the items to the four wires that ar under the hood by the left hood hinge. There are three circuits that are 20 amps and one that is 30 amps. The four wires under the hood are the "HOT" wires for each switch.

They are by the left hood hinge. They may be folded and taped over. They are red, white, blue and black.
