Is this a good price?? (2002 F350)

I have found a 2002 F350 SC, long box, 4X4 offroad, PSD/auto, XLT, trailer towing package w/towing mirrors, with 40000 miles. The owner is asking $20,000/OBO for it. It is also a 1 owner, and he said that it never pulled anything bigger than a car on a car trailer (so about 5-6000 lbs at most). He had a pick-up camper that he hauled in the bed and towed his fishing boat behind. He has now bought a motorhome and is selling the truck since he really won't need it anymore.

Is this a good deal?? I am thinking about jumping at it, if I can find a buyer for my truck quick or talk the bank into giving me the money until my truck is sold.

Yes that is a good price for a truck of that age with that mileage. 3 big things to look at is are the SCA levels in the coolant correct, has it ever had a chip, has it ever had a K&N filter on it.

Yeah, it's worth it. A stealership out here had a 2002 F-350 CC LB DRW Lariat 4x4 with 105K and they were asking $23K for it.
