Lifted 02 F-350...need some help

So I finally found something to replace my totaled 05. Pictures are in my gallery if anyone would like to see the 05, before and after. I found a 2002 F-350 SD Reg Cab V-10 4x4 manual almost the same as what I lost. Obviously the truck is lifted but I'm not sure how much. I'm planning on replacing all the shocks so I have to figure out how much it is lifted before I buy them. The blocks in the back are pretty big, and I think the front might have a shackle kit. So does anyone have a stock truck close to this that maybe I could get measurements for the rear blocks, front shackles, and maybe the distance between the top of the springs to the frame on the front and back. I should be able to compare mine with that and figure out what I have. I could figure it out with the fully extended stock shock length as well. I'm open to any other suggestions anyone might have.

And the pics...

Sorry it took me a couple days to get these up, been away. Any ideas on how to figure out how much this is lifted? Its sitting on 315/75/16 and only rubs a very little bit once in a great while. The old truck was a 5.4, this is the 6.8 V10...wow is all I can say. Really close to what i lost, drove 375 miles one way to get it.

Get me some pics of the suspension, but I think it's stock height. Maybe snowplow front springs like my truck has. 315/75/16 is 34.6" tall. I know guys with the stock suspension can fit 305/75/16 (34")... Either way, it looks good. What kind of rims are those?

Hey...us big boys enjoy our thirsty toys

9mpg isn't bad with that combo though. He'll get about 12mpg on the highway at worst I would think.

gas mileage? If that was what I was worried about I'd buy a TDI Golf. Ha...anyway I'm not sure how bad it is but I'll let you guys know next time I fill it up. The needle likes to move a lot more then the 5.4 (I'm sure that has NOTHING to do with the case of leadfoot I've developed since I got the 6.8). It isn't my daily driver like the last one, so I'm not all that concerned about it. I'll post some suspension pics once I get a chance to take them, crazy couple weeks for me.
