I was bored today...
So I decided to acetone my badges.

The pics were taken at dusk, so they're not the best in the world, but you get the idea.







Figure this will hold me over until I do my 2007 conversion in the winter.

The Powerstroke diesel emblem looks way cool. The F250 badge looks great too, but the XLT is gone (a bit naked perhaps)...yet all in all - a real custom improvement. God Job!

The XLT started to turn pink on me, and when I did the acetone, bits and pieces started to come up. I love the Powerstroke emblem, especially cause the red didn't come up.

So just use Asetone? or will regular nail polish remover work? all my F-350 Emblems have the black peeling off and I like the look of all chrome! nice!
