Yep, 4" DP to 5" exhaust. 3 areas to watch when putting that in. Look where the firewall makes it kickback towards the rear of the truck, where the exhaust goes through the heat shield by the trans, and by the rivets on the trans crossmember. Now your DP looks like mine and most other aftermarkets, so it'll stop before it gets to the trans cross member. If it goes to 5" right then you may have some fitment trouble. On my truck I went with a 4" piece until I passed through the crossmember and it was still very tight. 5" would have been a nightmare and I'd have had vibration problems (at least more than I have now).
If you want insane loud start up the truck and drive it before you install the tailpipe (exhaust stops after the straight piece before the axle). Mine is that way currently as I haven't had time to get the tailpipe on between buying the house and travel for work.
