Is there any turbo adjustments on a 97 7.3 psd? And what is the exahust temp supposed to be? And what RPM is the turbo going to kick in at?

What kind of adjustments are you thinking of? Really the only thing you can adjust is the wastegate. Exhaust temps should be 1250* or less PREturbo for any sustained period. You can spike higher (wouldn't try and pass 1600*) for short bursts (15-20 sec max). The turbo doesn't have an RPM that its supposed to "kick in" at. It is always running, but there will always be some lag to the system. Depending how much depends on what kind of setup you have and what condition the parts are in.
