You must be well versed in New York State law to make such a statement. Do you have a link to back this? I'd like to see how New York does it.

You just contradicted yourself in one post. You state that the OP was looking for a knowledgable response, yet you yourself spew a bunch of crap you know zilch about Well done!
I guess you got me... Retard!

That's the best you can come back with? I guess it is. I just called your bluff and exposed what you're really all about. BS.

To the OP, just listen to Freeky. He'll lead you in the right direction. Perhaps you should consider hiring him on to fight your ticket

You should at least thank him for the contribution he made and assistance he gave you

What a fakin moron!

Pagnew, I check trucks from Michigan. I know you have similar laws. No BS.

In Michigan, your trucks have safeties, you need proper classes of licences, and you fall under similar safety regulations and laws as we do, in fact there are somethings Ontario doesn't do that Michigan must.
I always get a kick out of watching people spew crap about stuff they know absolutely nothing about.

This is a recording, but apparently I'm wrong

I won't keep it coming bcause you're illiterate. I already explained the law here.. see personal use. If you read, you learn. Try it some time.

I can rhyme this stuff to you off the top of my head dude. It's falling on deaf ears. Ontario doesn't require extra documentation for most 3/4 ton trucks either.

This is a broken record.

I can read. I recall you stating that we have more crap to deal with in regards to registration than you do. Am I wrong there as well?

Read personal use pickup trucks. We have no extra registration worries, at least nothing more than you do in Michigan.

This is a recording

Oh man, if you don't know the laws in your own state, how can you comment on how bad the laws are in another state or province?
You DO require a different class of licence once your trailer exceeds 10 k lb's. Same as here!! Say it isn't so! Guess what else!?!? You do have to have safeties done when your truck gets up to a certain weight. Wow! Same as here!!

Sorry dude, what I'm saying does apply there. You should probably stop now

Oh, here's some info for you to read and hopefully learn about the laws that are in place in your area. Do yourself a favour:

2. A vehicle towing a unit with a manufacturer's GVWR of more than 10,000 lbs
What's the GVWR of the trailer you tow? It doesn't have to be loaded BTW.
