Yes, we have emissions, but that pertains to cars as well, and since we're talking about commercial motor vehicles, well the emissions doesn't count IMO.

Lordofthering hasn't returned since he made this thread, so as far as I'm concerned, we own it now

I gave the original poster two pieces of advice. Go to court or get an attorney to go to court for him. That was it. I know what the laws are in Tennessee, but you know what? I didn't mention them because they have no bearing on what happens in New York. The sooner that this retard last5oh_302 realizes that Canadian laws and Michigan laws have nothing to do with New York laws, the better. He has continued to hijack this thread with personal attacks since the beginning. He obviously either wishes he had a super duty or wishes he lived in the US...or both! I know I was if I lived in that frozen tundra called Canada.

You're easily beat, and it's apparent because you always have to resort to name calling. I had fun lowering myself to your level in this thread. Name calling usually isn't my style.
Have a nice night

freekyFX4 makes a good point about what was said and how it grew to fester to unecessities - fact is people don't like thier posts being portrayed to say something it didn't: me included.

My advice was to go to court or get an attorney. I still haven't figured out what his advice for the original poster was. Maybe he wants him to move to Canada so he can pay really high taxes and have crappy universal healthcare. Who knows...
