Locking hubs.. What years and models?

Do all SuperDuty 4x4 rigs come with locking front hubs? If not, what years and what models have them? (or was that never standard, only an option)

Do any of them come with auto locking hubs (via a switch or something) or are they all manual?

Thanks again...

All of the Superduties come with locking hubs. Most of them have two settings, automatic and locked, although some hubs are completely manual.

on my 07 350 xl, its a manual case and manual hubs - off and on. the auto option is only on some xlts i believe. all xls have straight manual hubs and a manual case unless you option an electronic case.

It appears that they do in this picture:

Of course, only the 4x4 models will have locking front hubs.

Nothing to do with trim level directly...

If the '99+ superduty/excursion was ordered with a manual transfer case, it got simple lock and free manual hubs.

ESOF shift optioned truck's hubs have a lock and auto setting that when in auto are engaged by a vacuum pulse, and have a manual overide for if that system fails.
