2008 Ford F250 Tire sensors

I own a 2008 F250 with a 6" lift and I have 22" rims and 37" tires. I had issues with the TPMS sensors and its been to Ford many times and they finally have told me that I have to leave the PSI at 65. I did that and it worked for awhile but when I drive for more that 150 miles nonstop it will give me a TPMS sensor on the screen. But it goes away after awhile.
I was wondering if anyone has had this happen or has heard of a fix
Thanks

I'm having the same issues but I haven't taken it in yet. I just put on 20's with 37's and had to buy new rings which ran $70 each. I'm thinking I got hosed on something there.

I hate those TPMS sensors... you know they only last 5 years right?

They have stupid watch batteries inside of them... so expect to pay for new ones about every 5 years!

I had one go out on me, and the service manager showed me the internals...

Isnt there a way to get rid of the sensor inside the truck. Like go the the dealer and have them plug it in and get rid of the code for it or something? I bought a set of rims for winter use and they had the sensors in them but i cut them out because i dont have the computer for it.

Roush they also had to put new bands and they also charged me. Ford has told me that they need to stay at 65 PSI, but that seems to only work for awile. I called Ford today and they told me they were checking to see if there were any new reports. I think that was a bunch of bull. Let me know if you get a different answer from your dealer
