I don't think the wife would like it too much if I started playing "BigFoot" in the front yard on top of her family hauler

It's a 5.4 gas.....pretty much stock for now, until I tear it apart of course....It has 3.98 gears, 4" Superlift, 315/75/16 Pro Comp's, steering stablizer, kick a** brush guard w/ winch mount...very well maintained by previous owner....It rides and steers very well for a lifted truck, which was one of the biggest selling points for me. I'd like to get a set of midly ported heads for it with a mild set of cams to give it just a little more grunt...anybody got any good recommendations?

No doubt dude, I'm running 4.56's in my 79 Blazer with 35" Swampers...they suck on the highway though, then again it's a 3 spd trans in that with no OD.......I would have put 4.10's or higher in it (the Ford thart is)myself but the 3.98's will do for now....It's really not that bad, nice trade off betweem highway RPM's and initial take off......that's where the mods for the motor will come in, then a gear change, like I said before, it really drives great, very well balanced....
