4" lift can u use front blocks

Can someone use 4" blocks to lift the front of an f250, that has leaf springs?
I am wanting to check all possibilities of a lift.
checking pros and cons

No you can't use front blocks. They are not safe and are also illegal. When used on the front axle the forces acting on them tend to make them get spit out and then your axle basically falls off the truck. Lift the truck the RIGHT way.

Pros and cons hmmmmm...

Well, I guess the pro is to not have someone con you into lifting your truck in that manner. Do it right per Powerstroke73!
