F250 Navigation

I would like to install a Ford OEM late model navigation system / radio into my 04 F250 4X4 diesel. Does any body have any info on if this is possible? Not intrested in the aftermarket units.

I'm just curious as to why you would want the OEM?
They suck compared to a cheaper aftermarket.

Some of us like the factory look...I put a factory ford unit in my 05 F150, and I love it. It may not have the features of the aftermarket units, but its all I need.
