Pic of Dads F-350

I hang around the F-150 section for the most part...

But this morning my Dads 350 and My 150 where sitting so nice together I took a quick pic...

He's truck stock for now... Looking to get him an exhaust come X-mas.
He did put on some BFG AT's... His old Goodyears are on mine now...

Here it is...

AirAid modular intake tube, K&N filter, Magnaflow Exhaust, Line-X'd bed and fender wells, 2.5 Inch AS Level Kit and 3 inch AS Rear Block, 1 Mile range Viper 5900 SST remote start and alarm system, JL Audio Stealthbox, JL Audio 500/1, JL Audio 300/4, Alpine Type-R 6.5 inch components in front doors, Alpine Type-R 5x7's in rear doors, Alpine Iva-w505, LOTS of Dynamat, 15% Tinted windows, Billet Grills in factory H-bar and lower bumper.

diesel???????? NO. 5.4L The thing scoots pretty good though!!

Head to head I take him though!!
That whole power to weight ratio thing...

I agree... His is Silver also with Charcoal bumpers and flares.
But it would look sharp full two tone!

So what are guys doing to the 350's??

Trying to get some more X-mas/Birthday ideas... His B-day is X-mas day.

Yes. I don't know how accurate it is (probably not even close as it looks like they don't give the V-10's a percentage) but according to Autozone's site when you do the vehicle selection:
08 F350 4x4's - 10% have the 5.4
08 F350 2wd - 48% have the 5.4
08 F250 4x4's - 34% have the 5.4
08 F250 2wd - 66% have the 5.4

Again, don't know how accurate that info is but when I was shopping for my superduty, I ran into a ton of 250's & 350's with the 5.4's - Scabs, CrewCabs, 2wd, 4wd, loaded models, base models. They can be had for pretty cheap too.

Nice truck.

Yeah, you can get the 5.4l in the Super Duty, but the V10 is a much better option. The V10 is the best of both worlds, like having your cake and eating it too. It's almost the same price as the 5.4l but has quite a bit more power. Don't get me wrong, I love my diesel. It's just that a diesel truck is not for everyone.
