120k is nothing for a 7.3... Mine has nearly 127K and I wouldn't be afraid to drive it to California... again. But, there *are* low mileage 7.3s out there. You've just gotta keep looking.
And yeah, the 7.3 sounds wicked awesome with a 4" down pipe and a 5" straight pipe exhaust...

gone and done it...
thanks guys for the comments/ideas.
after shopping for a few weeks on ebay/autotrader/cars.com, etc. I found a nice one - local in Denver even (so I don't need to ship it or fly and drive).
2007 F350 SD Fx4
Lariat w/ some nice factory upgrades.
20" aluminum wheels w/ new tires
98k mi.
All stock w/ a 3.73 RE
Dealer wanted 23k
Ended up @ 17k + my 99 F150 5.4 as a trade
+ got them to throw in new rubber floor mats & steering wheel cvr
Sticker (w/ the manual) is over 53k.
One little side ding, a crack in a tail light, and a small crack in the grill that's hard to see. And the steering wheel is a little rough, but I'll look for a replacement or maybe just a nicer cover if it's too complicated to swap (airbag, wiring, etc.)
Was looking hard for a 06 SD w/ around 50-70k, but this deal was sweet (I hope).

You can never go wrong with a 7.3. I work at a bank and one of my buddies there has a late 90's 7.3 diesil and has just a little over 500000 miles on it. I keep asking him when hes going to get a new one and he says when this one blows up, so who knows when. My dad has a 2002 7.3 also and he has like 120000 and has only had to replace the belt and i dont think you could ask for much more than not having to replace hardly anything at 100000 miles. But the truck you got shouldnt have any problems with either.

I tried to post a pic of her, but evidently I don't have the "priviledge" yet...

Your a funny one...My uncle bought a 2003 Ford F350 Dually 6.0L diesel and has not had a single problem with the truck at all. He tows a 38 foot fifth wheel in the winter time and loves it. Only problems he has had is tire problems..
